You acknowledge and warrant that You have fully, comprehensively and truthfully answered any and all requests for information required for the purposes of Your Loan Application, and You fully understand and comprehend the costs, risks and obligations in terms of the credit applied for in terms hereof.

Signature of this Quotation means that You have elected, by Your signature, to accept this Quotation and thus this Document (including all annexures thereto) becomes the Loan Agreement between the Parties. For the purposes of signing this Document, “signature” includes You entering, or communicating to a RP employee or agent, a unique One Time PIN (“OTP”) that was sent to You and which is intended to be used to indicate your acceptance of the terms and conditions contained in this Document (including all annexures thereto) so as for same to become the Loan Agreement.
